Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your codes

You're responsible for where your codes point. Free accounts include unlimited static codes and 5 permanent dynamic codes. Short links are never reassigned to anyone else.

Acceptable use

You may not use StillScans to:

• Phish, or trick people into giving up passwords, payment details or personal information
• Distribute malware, or link to sites that do
• Impersonate a person, business or organization
• Run scams or other fraud
• Link to anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Send spam, or try to overload, probe or get around the limits of the service

When we may disable a code

We may stop any code, or suspend any account, that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or puts people at risk. We may do this without notice. Anyone scanning a stopped code sees a warning page rather than the destination, and its owner can't turn it back on.

If you stop paying

Your codes keep working. Paying never decides whether a printed code forwards scans.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When Pro launches, it will come with a 14-day refund. People on the waitlist will be offered the $19 founding price.

The checker and provider information

The checker reports what it finds when it follows a link at that moment. The provider directory summarizes information from providers' own pages, which can change. Neither is a guarantee or advice. Report anything out of date, and we'll check it.
